Products include jewelry and energy crystals. Images are indicative; natural crystals may vary in shape and color.
All prices are in € and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit card (via Stripe), Revolut, and bank transfer (Cyprus). Payments are processed via secure third-party providers. The Company is not responsible for third-party service interruptions or issues.
Gift cards are issued as single-use digital vouchers. They have no expiration date and are valid until the full balance is used. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are personal and non-transferable.
Orders are held (stock reserved) for a limited time after placement. If payment is not received within the deadline, the order is automatically cancelled and reserved stock is released:

Card payments not completed: no charge is made when a card payment is not completed. The link we email you does not hold the pieces: they stay available to other customers, so if someone else buys them first, the order can no longer be paid. In that case nothing is charged and the order is cancelled.
A cancellation email is sent to the customer when an order paid by bank transfer or Revolut is cancelled automatically; for card payments, the email with the link to try again is the notice. The Company is not liable for products becoming unavailable between the time an order is placed and the time payment is received.
Delivery times are estimated. Responsibility transfers to the courier upon dispatch. For full details see our Shipping & Returns page.
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days under EU law.
